how to start rally with $4000

so so far Ive saved up $4000

should i start building a car or go to a rally school?

or loan a 4wd turbo car?

I'd think $4k is more of what you should budget per rally, after you already have the car and everything else you need.

Im wondering should i just buy a used evo or sti to rally or just buy a really lame car and rally the shit out of it

Yes and yes, It has a CARS logbook at the moment but had a SCCA previously

Ive raced f1 in my teenage year when I was in Japan then my dad took the team away so now im thinking doing rally on my own. this has nothing to do with my adhd. do not make fun of my mental disorder. thank you
