This Ontario Regional event is everything rally should be. Compact, good stage lengths, no crazy drag race stages, notes(!) with familiarization passes, cheap, not even 2 hours from Toronto. Last year there was a Grp5 prize fund.

I want to be there in the XR next year like nobody's business. If I had to run only 1 event a year, I think it would be this one. Who's with me?!?!?

I did get a mosquito bite on my junk last year however. June in Dorset means you are a target for ~1x10^9 mosquitos and blackflys...

I got bit by a moosefly during Maine 98 I still have the scar.

OTOH, I'd take mooseflies and mosquitoes over RA aparatchiks all day long.
