Oh hell B - is the best screen name I have seen.

I think it can be done for very little equity (fancy word for real money vs other people's money) and I have two people working on the coal mine.

There is always plenty:

Money
Time
Energy

For the things you want - just need to be creative.

In the long run reality always wins.
