I thought the "spill kit" you Yanks have to carry, was just a fancy expression for "toilet kit".

So John I doubt they'll requite 2 rolls of toilet paper in addition to the spill kit.

Did you ever try to wipe your butt with a spill kit ? I mean what should one use ?? The extra absorbent gritty sandy thingy or the who the hell knows who's old newspaper it was fluffy matty thingy ? Neither alternatives sound too appealing. I think we should all carry toilet paper in our cars. Hell some of my navvies may even need Depends (but not Mike McKittrick, that bastard keeps reading notes mid roll).
