The Doc cleared me for sauna last night. The stove was fired hot and the rocks were huge. I just kept throwing steam until it sounded like explosions on the rocks. Then I went outside to cool off. The wind was cold but it didn't quite make up for a nice jump in the lake.
I burnt off all that old itchy skin though. Then I rubbed my back on the cedar paneling on the wall to burn off some more old skin. I'm nice and new now. I am shiny handsome Finnish Poikka. At least I feel like one.
Got some bad news from the Doc yesterday too. The tumor turned out to be the strongest level. I'm gonna get after that thing though. I'm gonna chase it like I used to try and chase Subies in the old Sentra. Gimme the chemo, Gimme the ray, I'm good and ticked and ready for a fight.
One word says it all.
