why are they stopping them? thats not the flying finish sign is it? later on i saw another car go thru without being stopped.

No, here's the real "noob" question: Why is it in all of these videos the cars look like they're only going around 10-20mph? The sound is there but I can never see the speed.

Beacuse this is real classic Appendix whatever cars.. VERY VERY expensive to build to classic spec----only people doing it, to quote somebody off another forum "are guys in the late 50s-60s who have $100,000 for an Escort who are afraid of hurting the car" and so they make a lot of revs and don't go anywhere..

Look at the same cars when driven by the guys who were paid to rally them. Or look at F cup where rules are much looser AND the guys are actually trying, the difference is astonishing.....

I've tried the left foot braking thing when exiting I-5 in my car, I'm not sure what they're afraid of smiling smiley I see your point though ...and the speed thanks for posting the cool video.
