N/A 1985 XR4TI in good condition for $3000 - this guy lives down the street from me and said he will "make me a deal"

How easy is it to find parts for this car, Is there a large cross over list of parts from the united states issued cars that will work?

All XR4Tis were forced induction. What the hell has he stuck in the engine compartment? If it's a NA 2.3L, run, don't walk.

$3000 is about one order of magnitude more than I'd pay for an XR personally.

I figured from the name that they were XR4 (awd) Ti (Turbo intercooled) - So for a decently shaped one you would say pay no more than 2000?

Naw XR was "sporting Fords" 4 was the "4th XR" or 4 cyl, T was turbo, I was the Euro standard for injection.

For a PERFECT one, I might pay 1000.
For a rally project, 0-400 bucks.
