Yeah. Have been all along.. But nobody has painted their cars in Soooper Bitchin Green with gold wheels and had the regulation Visual Impression Package showing JVAB Sooper Bitchin Suspenders in large, friendly letters----- so all this contingency money--bundles and bundles of 20s just sits here and rots...
