Fuel and pump Left Behind at STPR?!

Hi all, I am a Wellsboro local. I own All Wheels Driven here in Wellsboro. While attending the RallyX on Sunday I discovered a 15 Gallon Drum of RallyMax fuel, and pump that was left at the Fairgrounds Fuel Depot. The pump has dry-lock style connectors on it, but no car number or name. Figured I would post up here and see who was missing this, so it could be returned/set aside.
