Interesting and pointed reporting from Holmes, the English language WRC reporter for more than 30 years

Cool magazine ! Not much actual meat in the 'rally expose' " but the rest of the reading is pretty nice.

Interesting and valid opinion piece from Holmes.
Not 'reporting' by any stretch.

I think most people understand the need for confidentiality at some level, and on some issues, but there also should be transparency at some level. That said... who is 'WRC Promoter GmbH' accountable to? For that matter, who is the FIA accountable to?

Sad to say, but the article reads like Holmes is simply worked up because he doesn't have the same connections with the German promoters as he had with its British predecessor North One Sports / International Sportsworld Communicators (ISC.)

Similarly, if you asked anyone at CARS what the 2015 CRC schedule looks like, the honest answer would be 'we don't know.' I'd hope the WRC would be planning further out than the CRC, but I can also see where candidate events on the edge of acceptance would make that more difficult.
