What to do with shitbox

So I'm finally accepting I did the thing that everyone does when they bought there first car and bought a shitbox because I didnt give a fuk and wanted a car. The rust on it is pretty terminal but I think once I get the brakes back together I'll be able to get it inspectable "somewhere", plus the worst spots my friend said he might be able to weld up. What are my options for getting rid of it?
