Alex, there is a blue and white wire under the rear seat that is the speed signal wire for the rear diff. (goes into the diff controller) You can cut this wire and now the rear diff will not disengage automatically. You can also do some fiddling with resistors if you want to raise the cutoff from 15mph where it is stock, instead of disabling it completely.

Pete, S cars got locking diffs till 95.5 when they went with a brake control based traction system. Alex, pete is probrably right if the diff isn't working then you have a leak in the vacuum lines. I have extra.
