OK, I get the idea of not messing up the Nameless Rally thread with bullshit, but that should go for all of us shouldn't it? Like a misinformed post about IP law violations that don't exist written like it was from some eighth-grade 'tough guy.'
You're one of the few. Most people I talk to roll their eyes at you constant need to fuck with the language to either butcher it to the point of being difficult to follow or go out of your way to use complicated language ONLY to clutter the conversation. BOTH American cartoon characters... At least Dudley's nemisis had a cool name (C'mon... Snidely Whiplash!!!! you have to admit that's a great name for a villan.) Elmer is little more than a poster child for stricter gun control laws :-) You think so probably because all you do is see red when you see a post from me. Most of the time you simply spew a response while clearly not reading a word I say. Nah, we often just disagree on what the point is. I also wonder why you think I would take communication advice from someone who 'everyone I talk to' says they can't understand half of what he's saying. Sure you know languages, root languages and such - that doesn't mean you know how to communicate. Case in point. I think[/b] your point was that we shouldn't derail a thread about Gene's admirable effort to put on a 'new' event in the face of adversity. But, that's not what you say at all. You swear and simply try to tell me what to do. (As if you had some sort of authority to do so and as if you didn't regularly post snidely comments burried in threads they have nothing to do with.) Idiot it was a joke. You are really stupid, like a overdeveloped version of the forum Chihuahua...
And i repeat Elmer Fudd is a great icon, but, as always, you were wrong, as if it matters, it was Because the New and Improved RA is acting like big spoiled dicks..get it? a joke fool. The real joke, aside from you that is, is the marketing Geniuses who were ruining Rally at Rally America, were all stupid about "owning all media content" and threatening shit.. Now you're a media idiot, that's why you're such an insufferable bore---but if the fools weren't fools---well they wouldn't be media chaff if they weren't, but if they weren't complete idiots, they'd realise MORE media is better from ANY form, but NOooooo they "OWN all media" even if Tom Buress's own camera or mine shot anything---and then, they REQUIRED with serious threatening bulletins that the font MUST BE Ny Times Helvetica bolt or you will not be allowed to start.. That is the joke. people made fun of them IN LIGHT OF THEIR ASSERTION OF "all your rights are ours" Are you following this or is it too complicated? God you really are thick Morison, you really must learn to be more aware of when something is just a quip and your bwilliant watiocinations aw not wequiwired. Instead of wading into a thread about something you have nothing to do with to chastise anybody. Note: I don't speak idiot very well so it's not surprising there are some who complain constantly that they can't understand.. But TRY and remember that if many people DO understand and only a few scatter people don't, maybe a less than 90%/10% thing, there is a fairly large chance that the root of the problem is not the words, but some blockage, or congential defect, or just refusal on the part of the reader/listener to grasp the subject.. There are English, Scotts, Ozzies, French, Quebecois, and on other forums Norwegians, Germans, Russians, Finns, Ukrainians, Pork-n-cheese, Belge, Swedes, and, judging from the frequency of the quoting and thumbs up---including a very nice full quote of an entire long post by ex WRC driver Pentti Arikala who gave the post a "thumbs up" and a "perfect, well said", and the hundreds of "likes", seems many others in places other than just Calgary don't seem to struggle to "get the point".. Have you considered that perhaps you're just not a very bright individual, and that's why you struggle with things so many others "get"? Dude, do you seriously thing the reference was obvious to ANYONE reading that thread? (Maybe you made the connecting reference elsewhere but I don't - and people shouldn't have to - hang on your every word to be able to 'get' your jokes.) Thanks for illustrating my point. Yes, I know who Elmer Fudd is. John's contention was that his speach ipediment parody in another thread was a nod to a monty python sketch, not the loony tunes character it is more generally associated with. Actually, Keith was just here on a temporary visitor permit. I reeled him in with some bait about two months ago or so after he perma-left. Surprised he's posted this long AND asked if I wanted to crew for him at Oregon He's a glutton for punishment I tells ya. In other news, Keith and I must talk to the same people. Yes, John does have some good knowledge, but they can't get around the package it's wrapped in (and no, this isn't "just" fawkin' dim-witted western asshole rednecks). There are also a few people with earlier equipment he has produced that are upset with him, but I think that comes with the territory of niche design/manufacture cottage industry (no different than hotbits original suspension parts). |

If they never contact me and discuss there problems, and if Morison and now you make this allusions for YEARS without ever identifying who has problems, who is upset because of what, HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO HELP THEM, Adam? The only person I was contacted by in your area with any problem was one guy who had done some rallycross in the middle of salt-drenched Calgary around Thanksgiving--(November?) and it was a lake--a salt water lake as it turned out. He parked the car, and late spring dragged it out and say speckles that turned out to be rust spots all over.. salt sitting for moths does that.. He was pissed--at me. I put the salt on Calgary's streets and splashed it all over his new stuff... I did send it down to Bilstein--ate a bunch of UPS and USPS, they said "Duh! Its salt splashed and so sorry" It was obvious.. That was maybe 04 maybe 05.. It was all my fault..Right Adam? You know aside from being a wise-ass you're sometimes OK, but in my book anybody who makes these allusions YEARS AND YEARS later, for which they may not really know even half of one side of the story, those that repeat shit like that suck. They suck big time. That is where my complete contempt for Morison as a person comes from, it is cowardly and purposefully slimy... If you know "a few people" who "are upset", PM me and tell me who they are, what the problems are, and what I can do to make it right. If you do not do this, then you are as worthless a behind the back slimeball as Morison has proven himself to be by dragging out the same tired shit 6-7-8 years later. Now I know you don't read very well so understand the last bit is a CONDITIONAL statement...if this, then that.. So it's up to you Adam.. I have been contacted by people who bought second hand cars with my stuff, who did not service things, and who have subsequently contacted be and I have done what I can to get the stuff back to good condition, and as affordably as I can...Some took time..One, Adam Penrose, I lost the contact info for a while, but saw his on SS.com, contacted him and as far as i recall, everything worked out.. So, waiting for a PM. John Vanlandingham Sleezattle, WA, USA Vive le Prole-le-ralliat www.rallyrace.net/jvab CALL +1 206 431-9696 Remember! I would just like to take this time to point out that for years John, YOU have used the "and other people I talk to hate (insert whatever here) you too..." comment as well. Without ever naming people. So... pot... meet kettle! Kettle, this is pot!

Mentally challenged children living at home still with Mommy and Daddy should strin the 4 cells at the top of your spinal column and trey to understand the difference between saying in effect "This guy is a bad person to do business with" and "this person is a splineless half assed slanderer who only has balls enough to make hints about "people upset". Do you see the difference, Timmy? Morison is a photographer--the kind that pays the mortgage with his work as a photographer. I don't make allusions that people 'should be careful' in dealing with him in his real world work. That would be slimy and disgusting. He, and now Adam, both have made or made reference to "people should be careful" evidently from contact with one or more people, yet THOSE PEOPLE have made no effort to contact me, so what is the point of bring shit up----again and again and again and again and again years later....some of it at least 8 years ago. It is malicious in intent, and cowardly---about right them. Do you see the difference, Timmy? Rather that blabber nonsense about other people's shit talking/trolling, don't you have a car rotting in the garage you could be working on? Missed the point. You know the only people that say I am a pain in the ass to deal with are people who call and ask things ---when they have an stock empty roller shell---and ut is explained that I am working so isd it important?---- and they say "should i be thinking about making an aluminum hood scoop or a carbon fiber hood scoop?" Or the guy in Alberta who thought rust damage from salt was my fault... I guess. MOST adults really don't have any problems... I hate it when people make liars out of me. I said I was gone and now I'm back... again. (next time I'll have my wife change the password)
John, seems to me that you got pissed off when people would talk poorly of you on Special Stage when you were exiled (forcibly or self-imposed) an they knew you weren't able to respond. The only thing I can possibly take from that is that when you go out of your way to bring my name into a conversation it's your way of asking, nay, begging for me to go back on my word and come back to the forum. If this isn't the case, then when I say I'm gone - stop talking shit about me!
Phew, so this is all a big misunderstanding then! You've clearly confused me with someone else. (by all means illustrate how I've done what you claim, with actual references not just bluster and name calling.) What I have always said about you is that from what I've seen you have a great amount of knowledge and skill and can be a good source for boingers at a certain price point and some other fabrication. I do also say that peopel should expect to 'work' to extract the knowledge and be patient in getting what they want. Neither comment should be seen as negatives necessarily. Also, just as with any shop, I do tell people to find and talk directly with people that have done business with you because I can't so I don't have an experienced opinion. If you think this is somehow a 'veiled warning' then that speaks volumes about how you think your customers talk about their dealings with you. You're likely not aware that I have actually defended you on a number of occasions. Maybe the most glaring is when someone in the east called you a thief and I questioned the idea that you had INTENT to cheat someone, with intent being a crucial part of being a thief - in my mind.
I've heard more than a couple of stories about dealings with you. Some fine, some not. I've heard one story that I simply wouldn't believe if I didn't know and respect the person it happened to. I don't post that story online because it isn't my place to do so. I occasionally tell mutual friends to 'get the story' from him, simply because of the comedy of errors. At the end of the day it isn't my place, or Adam's, to tell you which customers have given up on trying to get things 'made right.' Once again, please tell me when, where and how you think I'm doing this. Back up this statement or please stop spreading lies about me. You're bringing up vague, ominous sounding shit right now...You want to PM the name of whoever it is you repeat his accusations without naming him so at least I know, or do you want to continue to hint and suggest and allude?
