A drive through the city?

I spotted a very loud white and black Subaru clearly a rally car with 3 large headlights mounted on the top- last night around 8:30pm, Denny Way near the Pink Elephant Car Wash.
How can you get away with driving that thing through the city?

i've been away from the big sleeze for a while... but anthing near Denny and the pink is not a rally car...

But really...if it wasn't a rally car it was a good look alike.it was loud....with that deep rumbling sound and a car that looked like it was in the process of being painted with a shiny coat of white and a black top (I think-definitely white and black). The huge lights on the top were the give away but I see your point....probably not a real rally car. Anyway was fun to see driving in the middle of regular traffic. |
