Pretty sure most car commercials now are filmed in summer and all the snow is CGI.
Anyhow...

I recently saw one for Kia... I think which had "snow" falling with dry roads on a clear sunny day. Now granted, I've seen it snow and rain plenty of times when there hasn't been much to any cloud cover, but this was ridiculous

Yeah, where's the slurry of road salt and iron filings and asphalt/concrete particles from the plow trucks scraping down to bedrock as they go by?
