My title was tongue in cheek of course.. hope you took it that way. I've been watching that car and just noticed:

"On Feb-04-08 at 13:58:29 PST, seller added the following information:

Okay, we just got beat up by a claimed Saab rally expert. He says this car which is not set up as good as it should be to be a competitive rally car and that it would need some changes to be made legal for rallying in North America. We just reported what we were told from the previous owner. Maybe he was not done with preparing the car or maybe he thought it was good enough for his use in England. Either way, this is the only Saab we have ever owned and the only claimed rally car we have owned. You be the judge on whether you like the car as is or not and bid or not but please, if you have some criticism can you make it nice instead of hateful?"

And I figured what's the chance you sent off a message to the owner

It seems to be a real nice rally look a like/vintage TSD/boy racer car.. ah if only I had money to waste
