You PNW folk better be ready for high altitude. Because for only the fifth time in the last five years I'm coming to lower altitude to codrive that event. Who else is planning to be there in some context?

Sweet Rabbit Tom! I'll meet you there with a cool car like that. We built a Rabbit this summer. There's some pics of it on my website. Made some cool parts to allow sequential injection and ran it on a Haltech E6X standalone. 16V 2.0L as well. The gearbox is stock though in ours.

Our car isn't that cool, the gearbox listed on the site prolly won't make it into the car for oregon trail unfortunately....I do like the idea of a bitchin stand alone setup though...we need a better suspension on the car first though. oh well, back to work so we can get it down there!

Hahaha that screenshot brings back some memories.

Of course we always tried to tortune the poor pioneers as much as possible ala Donner Party....

My favourite part was the hunting, with the deer and squirrels which could dodge bullets...

I always forded the rivers. No matter how many times I dumped it. Real men ford the rivers.
