VW pervs- Where can I find a MK2 column boot?

I was wondering if any of you VW guys have found a work around to shipping one of these from Europe:

The Mk1 seems to also be made of unobtainium, and the mk3 has a different shape that I'm not sure will work.

Any bright ideas on this one?
