New guy

Engines an ahu tdi from a 98 jetta. This winter im planning on going with a set of bosio 520r nozzles, and either a malone tune or one from kerma tdi. Turbos stock right now but set for 25psi. Thinking on a vnt 20 from a v6 tdi. Ive bin reading one the weak rear stub axles, deffinetly need to upgrade that

Rocking.. basically what i have now. Depending on how I feel about the power of my current PP520's I might go to a set of pp764's I have sitting around. Thou my roommate and I are starting to tune our own chip sets for the AHUs. Should be an interesting foray into the world of engine tuning.

What is your current tune/boost mod? We've been looking at the stage 1; alligator, malone and kerma chips and found that they are all basically copies of each other.

Right now ive got the potensiometer mod and adjusted the wastegate rod so it makes about 26psi on a full pull, makes 20-22 on adverage. I also bypassed the n79 valve and just looped the line from the turbo back to the wastegate. Works well but want a custom tune with no limp mode haha
