Just wanted to get some of the expert cage builder's opinion on if this cage is any good for meeting CARS Regulations, or if it has hope or its just completely off the mark. chumpcar maybe ?

Also car has a fuel cell but it's located where the original fuel tank is. Accessed through the trapdoor in the trunk (first pic) Is that legal ?

What do roof bars look like?
If it has two, either an X or a V then it could be rally legal with addition of a few bars.

Does the car already have a rally log book? if it does then it "could" be grandfathered. If not I believe it will have to meet the requirement for a new cage, therefore it would have to meet FIA253-35C, and a quick look at the FIA spec shows it wouldn't.

Yes, it's a Ranger.
Xr4Ti, it is rwd and was made in Germany.

That looks like an ice racer. I doubt it will be okay.

Matt hit the answer.

Might be ok for rally sprint, but not stage rally.
