timing belt cover question...

okay, still holding my cards close to my chest on this... for fear of the "told ya so"s that could come if there was advanced notice of pending doom.

Suffice to say there has been significant changes to the monster Justy oiling system... and it leaves me with currently an exposed timing belt. Transverse motor, big skid plate, i needn't be worried should I?

winking smiley

more details next week if all goes well. or you can all say "what an ideejit"

It all depends, if it's a non interference engine it could just be an inconvenience, if it's interference it could cost you a lot more than a few minutes on the side of the road.

Power means nothing if you cannot control it!

Chopped up Anti-freeze bottle make nice rock guards.

And come in nice colors..
If you really need truly Soooper Bitchin Colors, the Canajian Tire prolly has some buckets or something in the required color.

I do believe this Canajian tire you speak of is more commonly referred to as "Newfie Speed n' Sport"
