Nothin' you guys want to see...

Also, I got the Grand National running on MS3Pro with sequential injection, with the OE ignition module. Gonna do some street driving on it today.

so far my prognosis is " You have a lumbar scoliosis and a possible disc compression at L4 and L5" most likely a herniated disk

Going back to the doc tomorrow for next steps... and sadly missing the rally sprint at Team O this weekend because of this fucking shit ball back

yeah.. stoked on that peice. my buddy at Legend Metal Co in Newport RI laid those for me. Supposedly its good for 15ft/lbs over the stock intake mani on my motor says the interwebs.

Installed 2:1 quickener in the Volvo. New driveshaft that's a bit longer and has a smaller tube, cured A LOT of the vibrations and freed up some space in the tunnel.
Working on suspension, brakes, and rolling the fenders now. When is Oregon Trail again?!

Baker, that 2:1 quickener might be a bit much on the VW. You will end up with about 1.5 turns lock to lock.

Are you running any rack limiters to prevent full lock angle?

No other pics, but I got this honda motor plugged into a Chinese go kart. Chain came in today and gonna rig up shifter linkage and throttle cable tonight.

New steering rack for the rally car showed up yesterday, as well as new intake gaskets and phenolic spacer.

Also have the Datsun Z I'm tearing down.

Those of us who are hung like squirrels are not used to making rapid hand motions more than an inch or two so the faster the steering, the better.

I've driven the 2:1 and 1.5:1 and really loved the go-kart 2:1, specially with my 6'4" frame packed in my car the least amount of flailing my arms around the better. I have not installed them yet but I do have a set of water jet'ed rack limiters going on soon.

.

Do those phenolic spacers actually work? seems with the surface area or air flow ratio it'd be kind of hard to heat any of that air up enough to actually make a difference...

No idea actually. Can't fit the injectors into the head without hitting the throttle body unless I space the intake out about 5mm. There are some pretty thermal images on Google telling me they do wonders.
