LOL! It's like you've got my home door knobs as wheels, kidding of course! What is that by the way? I can't place that body style.

*edit* I'm silly, it's an old(er) golf isn't it?

Ours are holding up fine, they look more and more antique as they get some wear which I guess makes it look more... antique? haha

How is running a FWD car in rally events? Always wondered.. I saw a Civic hatch at this years Oregon Trail Rally and they seemed to do pretty well all things considered.

they do very very well. In our local rallysprint series we are chasing a guy in a pretty stock 2.0 powered mk3 golf, and by we i mean the entire field, he's FTD'd the last two.

I bet Adam would be willing to part with his AE86 after seeing pictures of his chassis.

Also no eEuroparts deal for Ford... Even if it comes from Europe. sad smiley

LOL! surely can't get all slippery out back.

I thought they may, driver skill has a lot to do with it as well. I used to be a "Honda Guy" and love watching them whip on TT Lambos in the 1/4. There is some thing to be said for having a lot of weight over the drive wheels.

Tight and loose conditions favor FWD, faster stuff favors RWD.

Yaaaaas! Is that an M badge on the front grill??

Yup, but here's the badass Reconsales M - M3 Compact Cup - S14 engine with sequential gearbox:

"Talk about drugs. Driving a car like that, going that fast, it’s like all the drugs at once." - Tommy Byrne

"Now, Pinky, if by any chance you are captured during this mission, remember you are Gunther Heindriksen from Appenzell. You moved to Grindelwald to drive the cog train to Murren. Can you repeat that?" - The Brain
