Here is what I know,

Pete Lahm is the most trustworthy person you can deal with, ever.

Sometimes I wonder whether he's nutts. If there is something wrong or he doesn't like about something he is selling or a service he is providing, he would be the first person to point it out to you. To the point of risking a sale or profit.

Too bad he moved from Phoenix.
