So what's up John?

I see you answering all sorts of other post, but not mine.

I started this thread on 4th Dec, shipped you the broken strut on the 6th Dec, sent you full payment for 2 inserts on the 13th Dec.

So far I've heard nothing from you except acknowledgement that you received my money.

You have not even acknowledged that you recieved my broken strut, let alone verified that you've order new ones and given me an ETA.

Over a week ago you said "tomorrow", still no news. I've been gently prodding you, and trying to be reasonable.

I'm doing everything I possibly can to make a rally on Feb 2-3-4, which involves rebuilding the car, at this point my fear is I'll have no suspension.

Hopefully you can relieve my fear with some good news? Or any news...

-Martin.

Fawk Martin we were wihout power a week, with phone for 10 days , sick withg a bad flu for 3 weeks in the middle of the no power thing, wife and baby sick for a couple of weeks and working out in the cold to get Paul Westwicks car delivered. And during this time begging machine shop man to get cracking on the tubes.
What is with the confirming every fawking step along the way???
Yes ther goddam thing arrived, I would have asked where it was if it wasn't here, and yes yes yes.
I'm still fawking sick.
Now we're dropping off the baby at daycare where I can go do the machining my self, and finish a couple of other deals.
I have not heard a peep from the supplier where I order the inserts, as usual so nothing to report.
I'llc all Bilstein.
realx and stay calm.

Yep, I knew about all this and have been waiting patiently for news for a month.

So you got the stuff and ordered new inserts, GREAT! There's still some hope that I'll have stuff for PN. That wasn't so hard was it? Had youy told me that 1, 2 or 3 weeks ago I wouldn't have been bugging you... Fawk!

John,

did you call Bilstien as you said yoyu woudl ove ra week ago? What did they say?
Is there still a chance that you'll get the tube cleaned up, and new inserts shipped back to me within the next 2 weeks?

I know you don't like me to keep asking, but I can't just sit here and hope you'll post something. I need to know if I should be preparing far inferior stock type suspension for the front, or forgetting about PN altogether :-(

Responded regarding the wheels. Not sure what parts you have or how they might help, but thanks for the offer...

Martin, I continue to get an answer machine, and no return calls.
I have an order for a bunch of stuff, I'm dying waiting on thios stuff. I have spent a lot of money on inventory which depends on getting these inserts and this is killing me.
I just called yet again and I'll call again later this afternoon.

There is nothing more I can do.
It sucks for customer service but what can I do?

And daym, finally got a call back, they've been out and backordered on stuff forever.
But I begged and they'll do an expideited deal for $35 extra and sounds like can get a whole spare as "Parts".
Will try and get them to drop ship direct.
Email me your address again or the ship address.

john, who are you dealing with over there? I'm friends with a few Bilstein guys who might be able to help.
