Yeah Grant, The a-pillar bar in the old car covered the holes for the door bolts, that was one of the changes I requested..

The rear beam and arms you can talk to William at TSS about, but I would say in the $1000-1200 with the diff mount.
I have entertained doing another one at 6 degrees just to see what it would be like.

Productive night with Derik on the car. Fitted the front strut tie in bars, I made the pads for the strut tower, fitted the parts on the rear shock tower to give the cage a bit more room to land, and Derik made and fitted the brow bar.

How will those backstays fly with Rally America? IIRC, the Team O'Neil Mazdaspeed 3 had a similar setup and had to get a Canadian logbook because RA wouldn't allow backstays that didn't terminate directly to the bodywork. Something about shear, blah, blah, blah. Even LeMons would make you redo that.

Not trying to be a Negative Nellie, just hate to see you burned by the rulebook.

So how did you guys get a weld all the way around the tops of that cage? Looking at the pictures it seam like the front stays are sitting on the floor. Did you cut the roof or what.

Notice the bottom legs stand on the sill ledge. That allows you to drop the cage 6-8" down to weld the tops then just box the bottom.
