RALLYRS
Just remembered that I never posted what I found my problem actually was.
I WAY overthought this..........but the shaking under accel was way stronger than I would expect for an alignment issue(felt almost like death wobble).
Yep,after the ride height increase, the toe was way off..that's it.
Set the toe..drives perfect.....derp derp..........
What is "way" off Mike?
I am vehemently anti to out from the few times I have had the displeasure of driving a FWD car wif even a red c**t hair out and it seems to be way worse when those abortions that have one driveshaft 8" long and the other 3 feet long..
I know that when I was doing this Sooooper Bitching big brake kit for my dear ol seldom seen friend derek Bottle on his Maz-dog Gee, Tea Ex I was making the brake hoses up and cycling the steering left and right to look for potential fouling or snagging issues and it turned out with the LONG!!! 210mm travel DMS struts he had that the part of the knuckle where the ball joint pokes up and gets pinched was fouling the lower control arm like BADLY in most of the range of steering (Stock GTX had around 155-160mm travel like most Japonaise road cars and he had another 50-60mm so as the whole arm and knuckle moved downward, the angle got steeper and the knuckle was riding on the top of the arm EXCEPT at full L and R)
When the knuckle would rotate around at full left and clear the arm it would extend lower another 1" or so, then as I moved ot toward center it would climb UP and then at full right drooop down again..
While it was doing this UP and Down crap you could clearly see the angle changing out as it went down and IN as it went up..
There IS a limit to travel we can do with production based junk made for 155-160mm (sometimes)
