Tim if you hit a splice and snip it there what is the proper way to cap the open wire off?

Proper way? I wouldn't know... smiling smiley I just used some quality electrical tape. OEM was some weird electrical tape-ish cellophane stuff.

Tim.

I threw out my interior lights and replaced them with 4 of these from Wal-Mart, 2 packages which come with 2. I have 2 of them mounted along the "V" bar padding in the front, and then the other 2 are just going across the roof. It's pretty much like the Sun has been squished down and placed inside the car.

However I haven't done a map light yet because I have yet to venture out to a night stage.

Other than that, I pulled all of the door lock wiring, speakers/audio, the orginal interiror lighting.... and I feel like there was a few other items. When I was doing it I started at the device and demoed it to the fuse box, there were some other relays along the way and those went too.

Another overlooked circuit can be the rear window defroster. Twice now, I've used the defroster circuit as the wiring and switch for a hatch/cabin light. On both cars, I left a connector for the times of years when the defroster might actually be needed. Of course, I have the advantage of living in the SW where it's rarely needed.
