I have some stainless hex already...length? threads? 3/4 UNF LHT? one end and some whacked metric on the other? I have 14 x 1.5 and who knows what else...

12 is plenty. Until it's not.
I've never thought fuel was a good place to save weight. Not to mention it's much nicer when your crew doesn't have to go to bufu remote fuel stops.

mostly considering for fitment of a cell in the first place.

it is a rotary so assume horrible on stage mpg.

There is still a slim chance the oe tank will fit back in.... but at about 1/3 to 1/4 fuel it starts to slosh and cut out.

Wait I just bought a M14 something to fix a guys $7k Proflex stuff lemme go check...

one side is 14mm by whatever (course thread) and that is from the OLD hiem which we DONT want.

The inner tie rod for the Rx-7 is M12x1.25. No M14 anything. Forget you ever met Mr. 14.
