Weak question, it depends what what tires you use in terms of camber and what you like for feel in terms of toe.

uneducated question, total noob to dirt set ups.

I'm on 14" Dmacks. No idea what kind of camber to run with them. Or to run at all. Is adding camber giving up traction with the smaller contact patch?
In Autocross I like a little toe out up front.

Tell them to set the fronts straight, and the rears something like 10 deg positive camber, 15 deg tow in like shown. Should really help the car rotate.

NO WAY!!! 18 degrees in is the bomb mang! I mean don't pussyfoot..

I say just run it and try to gently nudge sumpin on the inside to kinda kick it back..That rear arm is so flexible anyway it probably flops around like a rudder so maybe it doesn't matter where you start!

(whispering ) twoooooooooooooo liiiiiiiter twooooooooooooooooooo liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiter

OK in an attempt to answer the first question seriously, the EG civic wasn't too squirrelly at speed (I've only had it up to 95 on gravel). For what its worth, my next alignment will be 0 camber/toe in the rear, very, very slight toe in up front, 1 deg negative camber. I say let the funky SLA suspension linkages handle your camber gain under compression, not sure you need to compensate with odd static settings.

IMO none of it matters unless you run stiffer bushings, or play with "extreme" numbers.

And my stock 1.6 still runs John, takes more than a roll to kill the Honda. Sweep helped us pull plugs and un-hydrolock it, fired right back up.

Oh, was that your Honda? Some of us decorated it a bit at the post-event parking lot party.

Yep that was my Civic. Turns out it never wanted to be a race car, but a cliff diver instead. Imagine its embarrassment when it missed the nearby creek by 100 ft.

Thanks for all the well wishes and decorations! Kinda started out as a rough morning until I saw that.

I'll take some photos for the OP of my tires after the race. I foolishly ran medium-soft Silverstone S505's (that was all I had) so the wear is super exaggerated. Might be interesting to stare at while thinking about how to change the toe/camber settings.
