Details are on the page but quick summary -
$100 per event, $90 store credit upon return of device.
$20 one time admin fee on first rental
$30 shipping, includes return shipping label.

No limit to number of rentals, credit not really rent to own so you can rent the cheap devices and use it to buy a nicer one down the road. Or if you stop rallying you can use it to buy some brake pads for your street car. Etc.
