- Make some money by buying a Harley and ship it over there. When it's your personal bike it doesn't need to meet strict EU regulations.
- Check Harley prices in Germany, etc.
- Hell, as soon as you get it EU certified I buy it! I'm not kidding. I come and get it at any place in Europe and ride to Finland where I'll spend next 4 months.
- Coming back do same; Buy a HOT, UNUSUAL car and bring it here - tax free and no smog. Check out special permits for "returning 'mericans". How about a REAL RS500? I know one in the barn... ex DTM racer. Or 32 000km "new" Sunbeam Lotus Talbot Rally ala Henri Toivonen.
