Did you think of using a 3 or 4 mm washer like a cylinder head bolt washer to space the caliper inboard 3mm or 4mm.
I can't recall if that was the thing I did so they would work on either knuckle.

As for Sapphire units I have 7-8 pairs and TCAs to match just waiting.
