I am aware of all that but when I leave a sample and it's written on it in 2 1/2" tall letters and careful description of the indexing and of course the numbers of teeth, and the guy does it wrong---and leaves 4200 giant burrs I have to file away---and all this is explained clearly to all the customers---AND I am spending over $3500 and posting photos of every step along the way making it right--it is annoying when somebody says "YOUR mistake"....and it accomplishes nothing.
