Where to get parts and how much?

The gearkit is Sellholm so thats easy---if he ever ships. I've talked to 3 guys within 40 miles of where he is who all said separately "If i drive over and pick the parts up and have them clutched in my own fingers, then good. Otherwise, forget it."
on the other hand a couple of guys have gotten their front 50mm Bilsteins direct.
