I'm not sure if you have the "bait car" program in Fortress America ?

It's a program used in Canada where "tempting" cars are rigged, video and sound equipment installed, ignition controlled by remote, and kept under surveilance.

My wifes cousin works in broadcast TV and did a show on that program last year. We watched a DVD he got from the RCMP. Funny shit. Really dangerous.
