18th sounds good to me

I do not have a problem driving a AWD with at least some form of Limited Slip in the center in snow even on tires with no life left.

The problem would be the other drivers. It doesn't take too many Seattle drivers to turn a lovely, snow-covered road into a demolition derby.

If it is the place in Georgetown, it is 6009 Airport Way S. From the south, take the Corson/Michigan exit (162) from I-5, then turn L onto Airport and look for it on the right a few blocks up. If it is the place in Georgetown.

I would love to be there and defend short wheelbase rally cars, but I can't. A family obligation takes precedence.
