Idaho Rally 2009
January 16, 2009 08:55AM
Hi guys,
I just want to put the word out that we have an unlimited racing class at the Idaho Rally. If you know of anybody who has a monster in the garage send him our way. We want to get the dust of these road eating machines and provide an opportunity to race them. Bikes are also in the rally this year.

Keep up the good work,

well the vehicles have to be street legal for the transits, but other than that you are welcome to take your restrictor out or do any other engine/car performance work... like a true unlimited class

we are not going to allow kit build vehicles and the actual scrutineering process starts 1 month before the rally takes place (more info soon)

we are still kicking the class regulations around but it is approved by the sanctioning body

I'll be down at the score race in Laughlin next weekend to do some promotional work and meet with Armin Schwarz who wants to attend the rally this year

feel free to contact me if you have any questions

Oh gawd I could pull the restrictor and get all the way up to 250 hp and get my ass handed to me by everyone else in the class.... sounds like fun, I shall seriously have to consider this!

I will do pretty much everything I can to be there with my rally car. To compete in the same class as Armin will be is an amazing proposition!!! I'm stoked!

And Jens, great to meet you Saturday at the CRS awards.

I'm reading....

I need to scare up some real sponsorship dough to manage it.

I can see it now.... 'The Pamprin Volvo'

Well I sure wouldn't want to scare off the talent from across the pond but....

The Volvo would certainly be..... Amusing with fresh tires!!

We did last year's giant killing act on used tires. Seven year old tires for Doo-Wops!

imagine what you find if you turn over enough rocks......

I think some one should have the logo from Sweeny Todd's

"Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pies" and
the cartoon Futurama's beverage "Slurm" Bon Appetit
