Dude, come on...

However, that video was hilarious. He *almost* rode it out. If he hadn't twisted the bars on landing (and throwing all his weight forward) he might have gotten away with a sweet table top manual!

PS, sweet reflectors on the wheels! haha

pps, this one is WAY better

I was hanging out at fluidride a while ago and we just kept watching youtube vids of guys eating it. I love that shop, haha

Back on topic, that is, rally antics.

I was servicing for Ralph Kosmides at Doo Wops 04 (I think that was the year) and while at the Brooklyn service, some guys brought out that potato gun and were absolutely obliterating potatoes by shooting them at a wall - I mean these potatoes were completely destroyed at the atomic level! And when they'd shoot it in the air, you couldn't even see the potato after it left the barrel, apparently landing some miles away. It looks like that gun that Lane is wielding.

What a great time, that service was epic, and I still tell that story today.

Another great part of that service was getting drunk with the local girls at the Tavern while waiting for the cars to come back in, and almost being too hammered to do anything. I remember, they all thought I was a baller because I bought the bar a round of drinks - I think it cost me $14...beers right out of the 12-pack box for a buck a piece, IIRC. The guy letting the drunk girls drive the Unimog was especially funny.
