Ye, that was my car. John and I shared it at the ORV rallysprint in 1998 or thereabouts. I believe we finished 1st and 2nd on one of the days. John wasn't quite as fast as me because he didn't get the memo that the car goes faster with the wheels on the ground.

Thanks. The big evil site I go to, the guy who made my av made that for me too. It was part of a long clip of all the cars going through that section and he edited out everyone but us. I thought that was really cool of him. I can't recall who posted up the original video. Leon Styles did almost the exact same thing in his escort. Lots of stalls, stops and crawling from just about everyone else. I may have fubbed up the instructions, but Todd was still able to make it look cool.

Since it's highly unlikely that anybody here will shoot photo's of me - being on the other side of the pond and all - I'll do a shameless plug of me-self :-).

We don't do much gravel either, so no much gravel spray I'm afraid.

These days, the car looks like this though:

Hehe - I've heard that before - and I absolutely get what you mean :-).

But no - I tried out the "50$ paint job"-thing, where you roll on thinned up Rustoleum, wet sand, roll again, etc.
So the white stuff on the bumper is actually the water from trying the wet sanding - and I was unable to get it off after it had sat there for like a couple of months in the garage :-).

That was when I decided to do a respray in the garage instead - it's a real 50/50-job - looks good going by at 50 yards doing 50 km/h :-).

Thanks on the compliment though.
