We had an absolute blast! This was our first real tarmac rally and didn't know what to expect. I'm not sure it could have been more fun. Close racing (about 30 seconds separated first three 2wd cars after 1st day), fantastic roads, varying conditions, etc..

This was the first time Doug Nagy and I had teamed up for a proper rally and I have to say he did an outstanding job. Thanks Doug!

If you get a chance, come do this rally. It is that fun.

Thanks
Brad

Except where there was no "Chip" in the "Tar". Hit one big patch over crest that sent us on a wild spinning slide down the road. Big Fun even in an underpowered truck.

Ryan and I were dialed in and I thought we drove well all weekend, pushed ourselves. The redesigned DMS held up well but here was not that much to hit. Interesting finish to the rally from a penalty standpoint, do not know if I have ever seen that many inquires on the wall at the end of the event.

I am surprised more people did not go off on that section of Tree Farm reverse that had no grip when it started to rain. I love the Honewald stage too bad they can't get the permission to make it 13 miles long again.

Still trying to work out the details with Lewis County on that (small) section of road before it loops back into Perry County. Don't give up hope... but as someone once said, 'Hope is not a strategy'.

We've got things cooking to try to resolve it.

Short video of Paul "Cosworth" and I RTN 09:

Locked up wheels and werent gonna turn so Paul got back on it handbraked around delta and we drove straight up. Apparently it was scary for spectators. I do remember seeing some running back behind the banner tape!

I heard the call over the radio that a car had about a hundred feet of banner tape trailing behind it. Now I know how it got there.

Funny thing is it was wrapped around like crime scene tape. When Paul tried opening his door tape didnt allow it. It was tightly stuck at front bumper and rear wing.

Hey Ozgur,

Was the Mazda off at the spectator point when you and Paul collected the banner tape?
