I've closely examined the Fiesta side by side with the other Fiesta. It's not that far removed...

It all depends on what you eat.
Being a raving lunatic latino I never ate "middle America" diet while growning up in the US South and Naples, Italy, then I lived in Sweden for so long and ate huge amounts of 100% coarse ground rye bread or hårdbröd,
or knäckebröd.
2 years in France saw LOTS of very fresh (no fridge in my car or van) veggies and meat and LOTS of wine.

In later years from 32 onwards always substantial quantities a day of STONEGROUND wholewheat bread and LARGE----like 4-5 times the size of typical serving----fresh salad (lettuce, celery, green pepper, onion minumum, maybe more depending) with homemade red wine and black vinegar and soy dressing (+ spices of course).

Now married for 6 years I eat 100% Chinese food at dinner , Cantonese mainly, and still Stoneground Wholewheat bread.

And above all GALLONS of strong black (or as the Chinese call it, and more appropriate for me, "Red" tea) witha bit of milk and a tad of sugar.

So: in and out in no more than 2 minutes.

By the way it was only much later i see one thing consistant: massive quantities of anti-oxidants.

Hmmmmmmmmm.
