I believe that Jim and his wife Cristy were Black Sheep Marshals. Yes, the folks at RASC have tons of experience.

Here is an old photo from the RASC web site of my dad's rally car in 1982. I helped with the Raindrop rally route in this car running the halda tripmaster at the age of 12. We also did a number of TSD's in the car, Dad did not let me navigate on performance rallys as I was a bit young at the time. I still have the Driving lights in my garage, they were on my Golf in 2006 some 24 years latter when I drove the DooWops rally.

The last time I saw the Dodge Colt Twin Stick was sitting in Jerry Hinse's shop, I was 16 and had to pick between it and a Stock Mk1 VW Rabbit for my first car. For some reason I picked the Mk1, guess I thought the Colt's roll cage and racing seats would get in the way of back seat antics with the girls or something to that effect. (P class required the rear seat be in place back then). I guess I was too young to think of how all the steel bars could be used to "enhance" the antics.

The Opel, now in Dave Clark's hands, was also there but it was off limits and out of my price range.

There was a Northwest event around that time the every Mitsubishi entered in the event rolled, something like 8 or 9 FWD and RWD models, it was hilarious ...

At anyrate Terry had rented a Colt for the event and rolled in big time down a hill full of boulders destroying it, think it was a yellow one but it might have been white.

As always IMHO
