Well, I was just referring to a thread on SS that was titled "video at hairpin" or something like that. smiling smiley
I watched up until the off and no further so can't really comment on anything else. Stupid inability to watch videos at work and lack of desire to use a computer when not at work.

too much notes or not, Jon won two stages in his 4th rally with a co-driver that has never set foot into a rally car until that weekend (as far as I know). This is against the current USRC national champion and laughlin o'sullivan in a VSC Subaru....

Brian post some of your in-car buddy!

I'm in the unable to watch videos at work club and haven't had as much time to spend on teh YouTubes lately. Randomly happened upon the Garage 419 piece tonight. That was a really fun bit to watch. (Particularly the end of part 1, where you guys were just going for it to keep that Infiniti from getting stuck in the wash. LOL.)

It would be nice if there was more video like that for North American, clubman level rally. I liked the helmet cam in the initial vids linked here because it was a wider field of view vs the usual behind-the-front-seats setup that can't see the horizon and all that. This was pretty solid, imo.

Probably another expense to add to the sport, running multiple cameras in one vehicle, but the final result was well worth it to me. Could hear the notes, driver commentary, the gravel, the engine/exhaust. Very unique - as far as YouTube rally videos go - experience.

And wasn't that Paula Gibeault at the control towards the end? She's so cool.

Congrats on a solid finish and a little more publicity for the sport, JB. The Keyboard Rallyist approves. grinning smiley

^^yeah, Paula's great....more than just a timekeeper when she works events....was asking us how the roads were, how the car was doing, and let us know how our times were.

When we lost our exhaust I asked her to just take a quick peek back there to see if it was dragging, and she came back and said, "no...there's no exhaust back there, and it sounds sexy!!' smiling smiley
