Good Luck! Here I don't think I could get the title changed without the car there for them to look at.

Oooh, you are going to paint it. I like how it's done, but I've always thought it's a good idea to make it your own.

blue/green/purple

or black and fushia zebra stripes

Hey can somebody ask exactly what front hubs/struts are on this car now? not "brand" but what Nissan model ie 200SX, 240 SX, what?
And if possible any photos of the front suspension..
Ben and I are in the planning stage, and the more specific info as early as possible, the better for both of us..

That would be excellent, because I'm still a little foggy on how exactly to do that castor adjustment, and some photos would help tremendously.

As far as I can remember the only struts that fit were 210 or HL510. The HL510 struts actually had bigger spindles and bearings. The struts themselves were the same. They took inserts back in those days so the bodies are pretty tough. Not saying Todd didn't do something 'unusual' with the suspension. I used F-150 white KYB shocks in the back on mine. They were the same mount and a couple inches longer than stock 210 shocks. Worked very well.

Registration went smooth as butter, so I'm safe from Utah's registration for at least one more year.

Yeah. I was just about to say, this thread is useless without some pictures. I still don't even know what this car even resembles.
Ben, great way to avoid Utah registration would be to move to Denver. Though it is 900 miles from any stage rally.

What are you worried about w/ UT registration?

Safety inspection is pretty easy brain-dead stuff. Do your lights work? Horn work? etc.

Sniffer emissions is easy too - just add alcohol.

It is too damn expensive though - Reg fee + uniform fee (only $10 for 12+ year old cars) + testing costs (~$50 total) - is kind of a pain to pay on a yearly basis.
