Does anyone remember who made this poster or have some history about it? I am in the process of recreating it with an updated picture with the hopes of printing off a dozen or so as a nice freebie for spectators/competitors wondering through the service park during events.

As soon as I get back to Boston! I'm on spring break right now. Oh and I might drive the Jetta down to show some of the SAE members.

Also here is a screen shot of the new poster:

I'm still working on it but its 90% done at this point, still waiting to see if there is any history out there on this, my Dad (Dave Burden) said he picked it up in the late 80's, maybe at a Canadian rally.

The original was a Sentra SE-R, right? So that pegs the original at 91 or so.

Yeah, a new version of this needs a Max Attack car!

Thanks, I din't wanna get accused of being anti-Subie, but they already have succeded in vacuum cleaning up so much of the "attention span" of the "target demographic" that its not funny.

There must be a car a little more representative of cars more folks might "identify" with.....

In other words Subaru has their own ad dept, they don't need any help.
"We" pee-ons do.

It would be hilarious if you used a Volvo 240 on your poster! Full on Max Attack!

Why that's an excellent idea!

Although it might be a bit of work to show the details of the easy mods to make it a real "scaled up Gp4 Escort".

It should be a "once rolled" 240, with banner tape dragging from the bumper.

As we all know, you're not really rallying unless you're dragging something!
