I'm at the Comfort Inn, it's very nice, not too expensive, and centrally located. It is not trailer friendly, however, and had very limited space availiable when I made my reservations.

Dropped the check in the mail this morning. Looking forward to this event!

I'm trying to figure out the best hotel to stay at, so I figured I would ask here. Any reccomendations? Priorities are:

1. Easy tow vehicle/trailer parking
2. Price
3. Comfortable beds
4. Close to grocery store / places to eat / etc...

We're coming up from Los Angeles, so this will be our first PNW event. Can't wait to drive all these roads I've heard so much about.

So where's everyone staying?

Comfort Inn, Shilo, Best Western, and the Polynesian have decently sized parking lots, it really depends on the length of your trailer...

Copy/paste this into google maps...

So, here we are, 8 days until we arrive in Seattle.
We have a crew of 7 videographers.
We have a campsite booked and paid for.
We have vehicles figured out (I think, thanks Billye!)
We have a high res Olympus logo for graphics.
We can see the entry list.

We don't have:
Rooms for Wednesday or Sunday night booked.
Enough video cameras (but we will,)
Any idea on where the stages are.

The last one is crucial. I can find a few of them using the recce guide but at least 2.5 stages are missing from that. I've sent an email to organizers but they either don't have them, haven't had time to send them, or don't want to send them. Anyone able to help out. Brooklyn, Bear Hwy, and Pico are ones I have no clue about.

Grant-

I'm sure some of the locals will chime in, but there are maps of the stages in the supps. They don't have a ton of detail, but they should be good enough to find the stages in Google Maps or Google Earth.

Here's Lat/Long for most of the stages, I'll see if I can find the others:

Taholah (east)
Start: 47° 24’ 32.02”N 124° 08’ 48.01”W
Finish: 47° 21’ 35.55”N 124° 17’ 33.30”W

I wonder if there's no info for Pico and Brooklyn because other than you, everyone knows where both of those are, haha.
