that's taholah, I only hit 93mph.

scroll through the rest, The originals are all shot 720 at 60fps, so I can go 1/2speed slow-mo if I want.
Contour just came out with a new camera and I might just get to try it out.

What, never seen a chicane before?

Go Pro's are easier mounting but that's about it. Everything about the Contour is superior and the GPS just bumps it up a notch! Longer battery life, rechargeable lithium ion battery, rotatedable lens so can mount the camera in any orientation and just use the lazers to level the lens, lights and beeps so you know when it's on and off. All around superior!

You need more power! It is time.

Oh yeah, the Contour stores the setting on the memory card. So if you are doing a rally that has night stages, you can just have a night time memory card that has altered settings and all you have to do is swap the memory cards to get different settings!

Audio in and extra-wide angle...looks like it might be time for me to upgrade my equipment.

Grassroots rally. It's what I think about.

Yeah, the Contour+ will definitely be my next camera. Love my current one, but GPS + audio input make it a real win, IMO.

Bluetooth connectivity also means if you have 3G coverage you could livestream your in-car footage from the Contour via a smart phone. Possibly.

True, Grant. And you can use the phone image to aim the camera as well. Very cool.

it's a shame I didnt' get wreck creek one, I wanted to see if I could spot VanWay's Fiesta.
At Oregon I've got the settings to do GPS a 4Hz instead of 1Hz.
4 times the Hertz!!!1!
the speed and course should track a little better, But i'm not sure what it will do to battery life.
once the android ap is up we'll be able to remote start it.
I'll have an external camera if it isn't to wet out.
