Just like there are a few select dimensions and specific parts that make a car quick and desirable for rally, there's really just a few select things to worry abourt in building a car, but many guys are all over them map.
Here's some truly wise reasoning to all building or thinking of building a car...

I just bottled a lil under 2 cases in the last 2 days. . now i just have to let them age for 3-4 weeks before i start drinking them....

got me a log booked car, so I guess i'll do one or two of these "rally" things to occupy my time ...

Ugh, Doug Chase introduced me to IPA's. Not really a fan. I dunno if its the super hoppyness (I think thats it... I really don't know a lot about the malts and hops used in beers) or what, but I can't take the taste.

One of the best compliments of my life came from a 90 year old Irish guy at around midnight in a London pub on Christmas Day 2008. He looks over at me and says, "You! You don't drink that Guiness, you inhale it!"

I'm so over the whole craft beer movement. Mostly because most of the craft is crap.

I really like rice beer. Great Divide Samurai Ale for example.
For home it's Guiness, Dos Equis Amber, Pacifico, Newcastle, or Coors Light most of the time.
For the shop, PBR.

But I have a feeling I've already depleted that supply of weak brain cells and am probably starting to impede on the strong ones.

*burp* yes i should have some home brews for NNR, i made a Porter and a hoppy Ale, not quite enough barley and hops for a true ipa

Hmm... That does make sense, A know a lot of beers are like that. If I'm just around the house, I pour all my beer into a glass, because of the taste difference. If there's no glass around, though, I'm good with the bottle! mmmm beer haha.

I was under the impression that this was The go-to source for on-the-cheap rallying. And here you're all talking about drinking beer outta bottles for chrissakes. The truly poor take how they can... from one. But when I'm feeling rich, and have almost ten bux to spend on a sixxer, nothing beats Newcastle.
I should start brewing my own...

Ya some beers flavor change dramatically once poured, take a pyramid apricot ale, sip it a bit out of the bottle, then pour it into a glass and sip it. you'll swear its two different beverages.

clearly we need more testing though to be certain...

Beer and race cars! Yin and yang.

I try sticking to Miller Lite when I'm working or just looking to get a buzz on. When it's time to enjoy a beer, well, it's a lovely day for a Guinness. And that's pretty much where I leave it.

If I can get Spaten Optimator, I'll go for it, as Rheinheitsgebot isn't exactly common here in the land of watered-down, consumer-grade swill, the hipster beard will occasionally request PBR, and I never pass up an opportunity to partake of the Yuengling.
