ya those "Friday specials" were ... special I have some new S525s now (used em Saturday) but Tabors are out, and silverstone tires may be gone for ever (or rebranded)

thanks, what size? 185 wide or like a 205 wide ?

and how cheap? free? $20 a tire? lol specifics matter.

I do have 4 (1 rally old) Silverstones now. and 2 extra Right side tires. (new) guess i can run one backwards or something. sad smiley

so its not a crunch .. just trying to plan out a few rallies out ... hmmf

185's

cheap. like.....$25/tire. well, if you want to be 'spcific' more like $35/ea for the two decent ones, $15/ea for the two that are a little more worn. Either way, $100 for 4.

John....car is OK, just needs some love. 'Excess' is relative, your 'excess' is my "because I fucking want to do it that way, that's why!". :p

$100 for 4 is my kind of price range! thumbs up oh yeah! Deal!

guess they are 185/70/R15 (haven't seen other 185 sizes for those) probably a medium compound? (haven't found hard in that size) .. uber

Bringing this one back up from the depths. I co-drive for Chris Martin (Do It Sidewayz here on Anarchy) up in Canada. Chris is now distributing Dmacks through Old School Motorsports. We've used them at Galway Cavendish (1st o/a) and Rallye Defi (6th o/a in the national, leading the divisional when the turbo let go) and have been extremely happy with both the grip and puncture resistance. As an aside, Chris' 1st customers, 2Brits Racing ended up winning the divisional and taking a top 10 national finish at Defi after we dropped out.

In any event, if anyone is still interested, including those looking for 14" tires, drop him a line at chris@oldschoolmotorsports.ca

Well, I guess that settles what kind of gravel tires I am going to try and run on this year. How far in advance would you require someone to order Chris? I'm budgeting for buying a set of soft 195/65R15's a month before Rocky smiling smiley

Adam,

what you want is in stock, and ready to be shipped. We might want to figure out the most cost effective way to get you a set, but if push comes to shove, we have a daily UPS pickup. I think a pallet might be better. Just let me know!

Chris I found the best way to ship tires when i used to ship them around was simply tape together 2 or 3 at a time. 3 places , a couple of turns and slap an address label on.
3 tires as one bungler goes for a lot less than 3 individual tires.

Can you list all the available 15" sizes?

The 15" sizes listed here are what we intend to stock. We have the 195's and 205's right now, we are still waiting on the 175's. Dmack does produce a 185/70-15, but it is almost identical to the 195 in every way.

If you plan on buying up any of the relatively limited supply of 14"s and then sit on them for years because you still haven't finished your car, I'm personally going to come up there and kick you in the nuts.
